What is the difference between A “STANDARD”
and “deep” clean
The simplest way to explain our cleaning system is that we use time as the measurement, not checklists. In our experience, the checklist system is limiting and does not allow the Contractor to maximize their time, nor find their flow throughout the respective space. When you schedule a full day service, for example, your Contractor knows they have 8 hours to utilize as they see fit, rather than completing a basic checklist and heading out even if there is time remaining. We lean heavily into the humanness behind the service, believing the Contractor is able to pace themselves accordingly and make real-time decisions that will yield the best possible results. Sometimes the bathrooms may require more attention, while other times it may be the kitchen or bedrooms and we leave it to them to assess and proceed accordingly. Contractors are hired and trained carefully, thoughtfully and intentionally, so this approach works great for us. Specific requests and preferences from Clients are always very much welcome - we deeply value feedback and encourage open and consistent communication!

Is it permissible for pets to be home during the service
We adore pets as much as you do! If your furry friends are comfortable around our team and won’t disrupt the work, they’re welcome to stay. However, for safety and efficiency, we may ask that they be secured if they affect our work quality or cause any discomfort. Thank you for helping us maintain a productive and stress-free environment!

Am I required to be home during the service
The choice to be home during the service is entirely yours. For optimal results, we kindly ask that if you are present, you remain in a separate area of the home—ideally on a different level or in another room—to allow the contractor to work efficiently and safely. This ensures the highest quality service for you.

How do I prepare for my service
This depends on what type of results you are in the market for! Simply put, the time you’ve scheduled is yours to utilize however you see fit, within reason. Some folks tidy their own space prior to our arrival in order to allow us to focus exclusively on the actual cleaning. Others prefer to remain “hands off” and ask us to tidy and clean as we go. Another option is to add basic housework into the mix, such as laundry. The possibilities are endless and we encourage you to work with your Contractor until things feel just right!
If you are confident that you’d like the focus to remain solely on cleaning, please be mindful of the fact that your Contractor is able to optimize their time if you’ve taken a moment to put away any items that do not require our attention. This is especially true with countertops, vanities, etc.

Who provides the cleaning supplies
We do! Our collection of cleaning supplies have evolved with us over time and continue to do so, as we strive for continued greatness. We’ve compiled an assortment of products and tools that ensure we are able to consistently meet our quality standard. If you happen to have a unique surface in your home that requires a specific cleaning solution, method or tool, please communicate this information prior to the beginning of your service. Once approved, you are welcome to supply it.

What if I’d like more than 4 hours,
but less than 8
Sure! Our standard booking options are morning (8:30am-12:30pm), afternoon (1:30pm-5:30pm) or full day (8:30am-4:30pm) and any requests beyond these depend on contractor availability. We thrive on customizing your experience in order to best suit your needs, so please mention your preferences at the time of booking and we will do our absolute best to make it happen!
How do I know which type of service to choose
The more information you are open to sharing about your home, the better we are able to help guide your decision. Square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, finished vs. unfinished basement, pets, overall goals, etc. are all helpful details in ensuring you are making the right choice. After your initial service, if you feel like an adjustment is necessary, simply get in touch with us and we will make it right!
