• Cancellation with 48+ Hours Notice: No penalty. We appreciate the heads-up!
   

• Cancellation with 24–48 Hours Notice: You will be billed 50% of the service fee.
   

• Cancellation with less than 24 Hours Notice: The full amount of the service will be billed.
   

• Rescheduling: There is no fee to reschedule your appointment.
