We get it—plans change. Here is how we handle it.
To ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we reserve dedicated time for every appointment. If you need to change your plans, please note our tiered policy:

Cancellation with 48+ Hours Notice: No penalty. We appreciate the heads-up!

Cancellation with 24–48 Hours Notice: You will be billed 50% of the service fee.

Cancellation with less than 24 Hours Notice: The full amount of the service will be billed.

Rescheduling: There is no fee to reschedule your appointment.
